• Contact information: Phone number, when provided for WhatsApp alerts or account setup.
• Payment information: Billing details processed via Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled directly by our payment processors.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, audit URLs submitted, campaign activity, and lead data associated with your account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

• To provide and operate the Verifide Labs platform and services.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send service-related communications (invoices, alerts, account notices).
• To generate AI-powered marketing content and audit reports on your behalf.
• To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

We share data with the following third parties solely to deliver our services:

• Google OAuth: Authentication — governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic: AI content generation — prompts may include your brand data.
• Stripe / Razorpay: Payment processing — subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.
• Supabase: Secure database storage, hosted in AWS Asia Pacific.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erase your personal data (subject to legal obligations).

We use essential cookies for authentication (session token) and preference storage (theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are loaded only with your consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, Row Level Security on our database, and access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
