Terms of Service

Verifide Labs provides an AI-powered marketing platform including website building, campaign generation, lead capture, and marketing analytics for startups and SMBs. Services are delivered as described on our website and in your selected plan.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using Verifide Labs, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at lokesh.rao@verifide.xyz.
• One account per business entity. You may not share accounts across organisations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan.
• All prices are in INR or USD as displayed at checkout and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed via Stripe or Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• The one-time AI Website fee (₹41,500 / $499) is non-refundable once website delivery has commenced.

• Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period.
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refund available within 14 days of purchase if no campaigns have been published.
• AI Website: Full refund within 48 hours of payment if work has not commenced. No refund once the website brief has been processed.

You agree not to use Verifide Labs to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent marketing content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including advertising standards.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform or AI models.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure.

• You retain ownership of your brand assets, content, and data.
• AI-generated content produced for your account is licensed to you for commercial use.
• Verifide Labs retains ownership of its platform, software, models, and methodology.
• You grant us a limited licence to use your brand assets solely to deliver our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Verifide Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is". While we target Lighthouse scores ≥90 and measurable results within 7 days, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or advertising performance. Marketing results depend on market conditions, industry, and budget outside our control.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days. You remain liable for any fees accrued before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
